These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of this website, including any purchases made through it. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer exclusively to The Futurist Studio. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms presented below.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We strongly advise that you review these terms every time you visit our site.

WEBSITE TRANSACTIONS

1. All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing. Prices are displayed on individual product pages, and we retain the authority to change prices without prior notice. If you have already placed an order, we guarantee to honor the price that was displayed at the moment you submitted your order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

1. We endeavor to ensure that all product descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not provide an absolute guarantee regarding the total accuracy of the descriptions. Should we identify any descriptive error or omission, we reserve the right to immediately correct it.

2. Product imagery is strictly for representation purposes. We cannot warrant that the colors reproduced will be an exact match to the actual product, nor that the images will fully convey every design feature or option available for that specific item.

PROCESSING ORDERS

1. While we make every effort to ensure the stock status of our listings is current, we make no explicit guarantee that every product advertised on our site will be available upon ordering.

2. All prices are in USD. For international shipments, items may be subject to additional fees such as customs duties and import taxes if you choose express shipping, which are determined by the destination country's regulations. These charges are calculated based on the nature and total monetary value of your purchase. 

3. A supplementary charge for packaging and shipping will be added to your total purchase, calculated according to our current delivery policy at the time of checkout.

4. To process your order, we require necessary information including your full name, delivery address, email, phone number, and payment information. We commit to handling this data with care. However, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the consequences of data compromise resulting from transmission errors, viruses, or malware during the submission process.

5. We aim to confirm the acceptance or rejection of your order immediately. However, processing may occasionally require up to five (5) business days. If you do not receive a confirmation or rejection within this five-day period, your order request is automatically considered declined. We are not required to provide a reason for declining a purchase offer, though common reasons include incorrect information provided or a payment method failure. You will be notified separately if an item is out of stock.

6. Once an order has been submitted, you may not request cancellation, regardless of whether our acceptance decision is still pending.

7. Delivery details for your ordered goods are outlined in the dedicated section of our website. Ownership (title) of the merchandise transfers to you upon our successful receipt of the payment. Payment terms are detailed in our payments information section.

8. The responsibility for all risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to you when we hand the items over to the shipping carrier (dispatch).

CANCELLATION DUE TO PRICING ERRORS

1. If a product is listed with an incorrect price, flawed description, or erroneous image due to clerical error or similar oversight, we maintain the right to void the transaction. Should your credit card have already been charged, we will issue an immediate and full refund for the amount debited.

PRODUCT RETURNS

1. Conditions and procedures for returning products are governed by our separate Returns Policy.

WEBSITE USE LICENCE

1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and utilize the content on our website strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. You are permitted to download a copy of the content onto your personal computer for personal use only, provided you keep intact all proprietary notices, including copyright symbols and trademarks. Any other use of our content constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

3. Beyond the exceptions permitted by applicable law, you are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing, or displaying any content from this site without obtaining our explicit prior written consent.

4. This granted licence does not extend to the use of any data-gathering tools, such as data mining robots. Furthermore, you are not permitted to use metatags or frame/mirror our website without our prior written authorization. We reserve the right to issue a formal notification to cease and desist if we become aware of any unauthorized metatagging or mirroring.

We take no responsibility for the content, upkeep, or compliance with privacy laws of any such linked websites. FORCE MAJEURE

If an event of Force Majeure (defined below) causes a delay that lasts for more than thirty (30) days, we retain the right to terminate this Agreement by providing you with at least seven (7) days' written Notice. "Force Majeure" is defined as any act, circumstance, or event beyond our reasonable control.

PRIVACY COMMITMENT

1. We commit to exercising due care with all information you provide to us when using our website. However, we cannot warrant or guarantee the absolute security of any data you transmit. You send information to us entirely at your own risk, although we promise to take reasonable steps to safeguard it securely.
