Return & Refund Policy

Exchange policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important to you. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to facilitate a size exchange subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Process:

  • The Futurist Studio accepts exchange requests within 5 days of delivery. Any requests made after this will be declined.
  • Size exchanges are available for items that do not fit properly
  • All shipping costs associated with returns and replacement items are the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be returned in unworn, original condition with all tags attached

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Please contact us if you have specific questions about your item. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Value Policy:

  • Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or greater value
  • When exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers are responsible for paying the price difference
  • For exchanges to lower-priced items, please note that we do not provide refunds for the price difference

Return and Refund Policy

  • The Futurist Studio will only process returns or refunds for items with manufacturing defects or when incorrect products have been shipped. After payment confirmation, all other return or refund requests will not be accepted.
  • For a return to qualify, the item must remain in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • To start a return, please reach out to us at futurerulerstudios@gmail.com. If we approve your return, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on shipping the item back to us. We cannot accept items returned without prior approval. For any questions regarding returns, contact us at futurerulerstudios@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

  • We ask that you examine your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
  • The Futurist Studio will consider return requests made within 3 days of delivery (*). Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. Please send us an unboxing video or clear photos as evidence (to: futurerulerstudios@gmail.com) for our support team to review. We'll send you a confirmation email within 2 business days regarding approval or rejection.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be unworn with original tags still attached and returned in their original packaging. If your return doesn't meet these requirements, we reserve the right to decline the request and send the package back to you.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
  • Shipping Costs: The Futurist Studio will cover return shipping when manufacturing defects are confirmed or when we've shipped the wrong item. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable fees and taxes.

Rejected Parcels / Refusal to Pay Duties:

  • If you refuse to accept the parcel (including refusal to pay applicable import duties), your order will not be eligible for a refund.

Stolen Parcels Are Not Refundable:

  • The Futurist Studio is not responsible for any stolen parcels. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
