Exchange policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important to you. If your item doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to facilitate a size exchange subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Process:

• Size exchanges are available for items that do not fit properly
• All shipping costs associated with returns and replacement items are the customer's responsibility
• Items must be returned in unworn, original condition with all tags attached

Exchange Value Policy:

• Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or greater value
• When exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers are responsible for paying the price difference
• For exchanges to lower-priced items, please note that we do not provide refunds for the price difference

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Monetary refunds are exclusively provided in cases where products arrive with manufacturing defects or damages that are attributable to our company.

Standard Purchases: Items purchased at regular price that do not meet the above criteria are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.

Processing: All return requests must be initiated within our specified timeframe and are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
